摘要
利用高效液相色谱法测定了巴氏杀菌乳中糠氨酸含量,对糠氨酸测量不确定度的来源进行了分析和量化评定。巴氏杀菌乳中糠氨酸含量为45.2 mg/(100 g蛋白质)时,测量结果的扩展不确定度为5.2 mg/(100 g蛋白质)(k=2)。
The content of furosine in pasteurized milk was determined by HPLC. The sources of uncertainty of measurement were analysed. When the content of furosine in pasteurized milk was 45.2 mg/( 100 g protein), the expanded uncertainty was 5.2mg/( 100 g protein) ( k = 2).
