摘要
结构转换从农业的投入结构和产出市场两方面,不断创造农业技术创新和制度创新的条件和动力,从而诱导和推动农业现代化。但我国特殊的工业化模式造成的结构转换偏差,对农业技术创新和制度创新产生极大的阻碍,农业现代化进程迟缓,这一困境无法通过农业内部的变革来打破。加快推进农业现代化的政策思路应该是从根本上矫正结构转换偏差,创造有利于农业现代化的基本条件。
The structure transformation constantly creates the basic condition of technical innovation and institutional innovation of agriculture from the factor of production structure and output market of agriculture, and pushes the agricultural modernization. From the structure of view, the paper analyzes the bad effect of the structure transformation deviation to the agricultural modernization in china, and puts forward policy ideas of pushing agriculture modernization based on the structure transformation.
