摘要
21世纪将会是由组织间信息系统驱动的群体竞争的时代,组织间信息系统的重要作用越来越明显。本文对于国内外组织间信息系统的相关研究进行了大致的回顾,对组织间信息系统相关领域的研究分别从成员选择组织间信息系统、组织间信息系统对成员的影响等角度进行了分类综述,对研究现状进行了简要分析,最后指出应当开始系统化、网络化地分析组织间信息系统相关问题,重视合作型组织间信息系统的研究工作。
21 th century is an inter- organizational information system （IOIS） driving group competition era and it is more and more obvious that the effectiveness of IOIS has been becoming more important. In this article the research status of IOIS is recalled at home and abroad. From the view of the members＇ choice of IOIS and IOIS＇ effect to the members, the research status in the correlated fields of IOIS is classified and concluded. Furthermore the brief analysis is given to the research status. At last the article points out that the related issues of IOIS should be analyzed in a systematic and network way and that the research work of cooperation IOIS should be valued.
