摘要
文章探讨了信息资源共享思想与其共享制度在演进中的耦合与冲突,总结了信息资源共享思想在不同社会条件下对信息资源属性的三种认识:垄断性资源、公共性资源、竞争性资源;分析了信息资源共享的三种制度:垄断、无偿共享、有偿共享在适用其相应共享思想过程中的特点;提出了知识资源共享思想的核心内涵以及知识资源共享制度的发展趋势。
This article discusses the coupling and conflict between information resource sharing and system, and summarizes the ideas in different ideological and social conditions having three understandings： monopolized resources, public resources and competitive resources; analyses the three systems of the thinking： monopolies, free sharing and paid sharing have their characteristics in the proper process; in the end, gives the core meaning of the knowledge resource sharing and the trends about its system.
