摘要
本文介绍了国内、外在网络安全、电子政务、电子商务和垃圾信息方面的立法情况,进行了比较分析,以期找出我国网络立法方面的不足,提出在加强网络法制建设方面应借鉴国外先进经验,以更好地规范网络行为。
This text has introduced the legislation on the network security, electronic government, electronic commerce and garbage information of international and domestic, through the comparative research, the author want to find the deficiency of network legislation in our country, and proposes that we should use the experiences of foreign country for reference in order to restrict the behavior on net.
