摘要 分析总结了国内外IC理论研究现状与实践进展,指出了在我国图书馆开展IC的创建工作具有十分重要的理论价值和现实意义。 The authors analyze the research on the theories and practice of IC both in domestic and outside, then the authors put forward the important benefits of the IC in the development of Chinese libraries.
