摘要
信息资源的社会化共享以及基于资源共享的资源组合要求信息资源的多网合作。基于多网合作的信息资源整合涉及面比较广,需要一定的技术、信息资源、市场和管理基础支撑,并采取适当的方式加以组织。因此,从战略上进行构建,从技术上实现四大网络资源的共享,集成与整合信息资源,推进信息资源平台和个性化门户建设是实现基于多网合作的信息资源整合的重要保障。
Socialization of information resources Sharing and resource integration based on resource- sharing require multi - network cooperation of information resources. Information resource integration based on multi -network cooperation involves many factors, need certain technology, information resources, market and management foundation to support and take proper way to organize. So, it is an important guarantee of information resource integration based on multi - network cooperation to construct strategically, realize the resources sharing of four major networks technically, integrate and combine the information resources, and build information resources platform and individualized portal.
