摘要
在研究信息资源传输机制的基础上,从信息存储与信息传播的角度,以邮政、电信行业的相关指标为主,通过人均指标及发展速度、地区不均衡系数的测度,分析了地区间信息资源水平的差异,分析结果表明,我国地区间信息资源差距正逐渐缩小。
This paper analyzes the regional information divide using guide line, speed, regional coefficient based on the process of information saving and communicating according to the post and the telecom, and joins the conclusion of decrease of regional information divide.
