摘要
新经济时代,企业结束了与竞争对手的传统竞争模式,纷纷采用合作共赢的合作竞争战略。作为支持企业战略决策的竞争情报,也应该顺应时代潮流,为企业的合作竞争提供战略支持。本文概述了合作竞争的背景、动因、形式以及对竞争情报产生的影响,提出了合作竞争情报的特点,重点论述了企业合作竞争的竞争情报战略。
In the age of new economy, globally enterprises have taken co - opetition strategies for dual win instead of traditional patterns of mortel competition. As the support of corporate decision making, competitive intelligence should advance with the times to support corporate co - opetition. In this paper, the author dis cusses the background, origin and patterns of co - opetition, the impact it has brought on competitive intelligence, the charachteristics of competitive intelligence and strategies of competitive intelligence for corporate co - opetition.
