摘要
科技报告是有重要利用价值的国家资源,也是政府的无形资产,而在我国却处于分散甚至流失状态,共享度极低,资源浪费很严重。本文论述了美国及我国国防部对科技报告体系的成功做法,点出我国对科技报告管理目前存在的问题,提出了构建国家层次科技报告体系的几条对策和建议,以加快我国科技报告体系建设的进程。
Scientific and Technical Repoas are national invaluable resources, they are still dispersed with lower sharing, and even wasted with running off in domestic. The article states several suggestions to strengthen and quicken the construction of Chinese S＆T Report System through learning from successful experiences of U. S＇ S＆T Report System and China＇s Defence Report System.
