摘要
目的:探讨机械通气患者的护理对策,以提高机械通气抢救的成功率。方法:回顾性分析我院ICU机械通气患者40例的临床资料。结果:使用机械通气后效果显著31例,占77.5%,部分缓解8例,占20%,症状改善不明显1例,占2.5%。结论:本组机械通气前准备充分,通气时各项指数观察及时,护理措施到位,有效地降低了死亡率,提高了抢救成功率。
Objective ：To explore mechanical ventilation in patients with the care measures to improve mechanical ventilation rate of success of the rescue. Method： A retrospective analysis of hospital ICU mechanical ventilation in patients with the clinical data of 40 patients. Result： The use of mechanical ventilation after 31 cases of notable results, accounting for 77.5% , partial remission was eight cases ; accountig for 20% , one case of not obvious symptom improvement of 2.5%. Conclusion： The full preparation before mechanical ventilation, ventilation index of the observation time, care measures are in place to effectively reduce the mortality rate, increase the success rate.
