摘要
从以下四个方面探讨数字图书馆个性化服务的发展动因:数字图书馆通过信息资源共享方式可以有效地解决异地资源共用和用户跨系统使用的问题,但还存在信息资源利用中的个性和针对性问题;在提供面向用户服务的过程中,数字图书馆必然会遇到诸如用户信息的收集与表达等问题,这些问题的逐步解决将促使个性化服务不断发展与完善;数字图书馆开展面向用户的信息服务将进一步引发用户的个性化需求,使得用户的信息需求更趋向于专业化与个性化;个性化服务发展的动力模型包括用户个性化需求发展的拉动力、个性化技术发展的推动力和数字图书馆自身发展的原动力。
The article explores the development reasons of personalized service of digital libraries from four aspects as follows. Through information resources sharing, some problems on sharing of resources at different places and cross- using between different systems can be solved effectively, but the problems on personality and pertinence in utilizing information resources still exist. During the process of providing user - oriented services, digital libraries will necessarily run across many problems, such as collection and expression of user information, and so on, and the gradual solutions of these problems will promote personalized service of digital libraries to be developed and perfected. The user- oriented information service provided by digital libraries will cause more personalized needs of users, making information needs of users more specialized and personalized. The drive model of development of personalized service includes pull drive of users＇ personalized needs development, push drive of personalized technology development, and prime mover of digital libraries self- improvement.
