摘要
在分析了当今网络信息传播存在问题的基础上,探讨了构建网络信息传播保障体系遵循的原则,提出并阐述了网络信息传播保障体系的框架和工作流程图。
On the basis of analyzing problem existing in network information transmission nowadays, this paper discusses the principles to follow of constructing the assurance system of network information transmission. Then it introduces and expatiates on the frame and work flow map of the assurance system of network information transmission.
