摘要
在回顾动态能力理论发展,研究动态能力的知识构成的基础上,综合应用知识管理的"内容观"和"过程观"思想,提出了动态能力演化的知识活动概念模型,对企业动态能力形成的知识活动及其内在机理进行了分析。
In this paper, on the basis of the reviews of dynamics capabilities, and the research on the consistent of dynamic capabilities, we have integrated the view s of ＂content centered ＂ and ＂ process centered＂ about knowledge management. We have put forward a conception model for knowledge activities analysis of dynamic capabilities evolution, and then analyzed the knowledge activities and evolution mechanism of dynamic capabilities by this model.
