摘要
以用户需求为导向的服务模式决定了信息服务应具有开放性和互动性。本文分析了交互式信息服务中的用户需求环境和技术环境,探讨了基于环境的交互式信息服务影响因素,并从宏观层面逐一进行了分析。通过对交互式信息服务环境的扫描,探寻其影响因素,找到提升交互式信息服务质量的关键因素,必将推动交互式信息服务的发展。
Information service model oriented to user demands determines that Information service should be open and interactive. This paper analyzes the environment of user demands and technology in interactive information services, discusses the influence factors based on the environment from a macro level. Environment scanning and finding the key factor will surely promote the development of interactive information services.
