摘要
从知识管理的角度分析了政务流程再造引入知识管理的必要性,分别从知识服务、知识流、价值链和文化再造四个方面,提出了基于知识管理的政务流程再造的解决方案,并构建了政务流程知识的管理框架。
From the perspective of knowledge management, this paper analyses the necessity of introducing knowledge management into government process reengineering from four aspects: knowledge service, knowledge flow, value chain and cultural recycling, and puts forward the government reengineering sloutions based on KM, and sets up a management framework of government procedure.
