摘要
当前克罗恩病(CD)在我国的发病率明显升高,影像学检查是CD诊断和鉴别诊断的重要方法。以往常用的方法是小肠钡剂灌肠和全小肠钡剂造影检查,随着技术的进步,CT、MRI、高分辨率肠道超声检查和正电子发射断层照相术(PET)等均被尝试应用于CD的诊断,有些技术在临床应用上已比较成熟。本文就目前CD的影像学检查技术,包括国内外经典和最新技术的应用前景作一概述。
The incidence of Crohn＇s disease （CD） is rising these years and imaging detection beconles an imporlant measure for its diagnosis anti differential diagnosis. Conventionally. small bowel enterot＇lysis and barium enema were used. With the development of newer teehniques, such as CT, MRI. high-resslution bowel ultrasound and positron emission tomography （PET）, these techniques are intended to be used in the diagnosis of CD. Some of these new techniques are well developed and more mahtre whereas others are still in the stage of research. The aim of this review was to summarize the eurrent status of researeh on the imaging diagnosis of CD, including applieaticm and prospects of both the conventional and the new techniques.
