摘要
[目的]通过能力验证提高微生物实验室检测能力,检验人员技术水平,增强实验室竞争力。[方法]依据国家标准GB/T 4789-2003中对沙门氏菌、致病性大肠埃希氏菌检测方法结合沙门菌,大肠杆菌O157∶H7显色培养基及ATB生化鉴定仪对样品进行鉴定。[结果]经分离鉴定,PTA 101样品中检出2株沙门菌,分别是巴拿马沙门菌和肯塔基沙门菌;PTB077样品中检出大肠杆菌O157∶H7,而PTA385和PTB260中未检出目标菌。[结论]本次能力验证使用选择性强,特异性高的显色培养基及快速生化鉴定条(ATBID32E),克服了国标中致病菌检测周期长的特点,使检测更加快速、特异、敏感,取得满意结果。
[Objective]Ability test can improve microbiotic laboratory detection capability,laboratory technician levels and increasing laboratory competition. [Methods]According to international standard GB/T 4789-2003, Samples were detected via international standard methods combined with their own chromogenic medium and ATB biochemistry identification cards. [Results]Via isolation and identification two kinds of salmonla were isolated from PTA 101 samples, they are s. panama and s. Kentucky seperately; Enterohemorrhagic escherichia coli O157 : H7 were isolated from PTB077 sampies,while PTA385 and PTB260 hadn't been detected objective bacterium. [Conclusion]This ability test we use medium with high selection and sensibility, ATB ID32E made detection more rapid,special and sensibility compared with international standards. The test results is satisfactoried.
