摘要
目的:探讨多层螺旋CT三维重建技术在腕关节损伤中的应用价值。方法:14例腕关节创伤患者,全部行X线摄片和多层螺旋CT薄扫、三维重建及多平面重建,分析各种方法对骨折或脱位的显示情况。结果:14例腕关节损伤多层螺旋CT共发现19处骨折脱位,而X线平片只发现13处,MPR可以很好显示脱位的方向和程度,骨折线走向和移位及周围软组织的情况。SSD可以直观的多角度观察骨折立体关系和脱位情况。结论:多层螺旋CT的MPR和SSD两种重建方法可提高腕关节损伤的诊断准确性,有利于临床医师选择治疗方案和制定手术计划。
Objective: To evaluate the role of 3D imaging of Multi,slice Spiral CT in the diagnosis of wrist joint damage. Methods: The display images of 14 cases of wrist joint damage are compared with x ray; Multi-slice Spiral CT, 3D reconstruction and muhiplanar reconstruction. Results: 19 fracture dislocation in wrist joint damage were found in Muhislice Spiral CT, only 13 fracture dislocation were found in x ray, MPR can display orientation and degree of the dislocation, fracture line i displacement and surrounding soft tissue well. bone fracture was well demonstrated stereoscopically and could be viewed from any desired plane by SSD. Conclusion: Combination of all muhislice spiral CT techniques can increase the accuracy of diagnosis. These techniques will be of great benefit forsurgeons to choose surgical intervention methods and draft surgical schemes.
