冷轧平整过程轧制压力分布非线性有限元研究 被引量:9

摘要 利用非线性弹塑性有限元法,建立了冷轧平整过程仿真模型。运用该模型对平整轧制多组工况进行模拟,得到了薄带平整时轧制压力分布规律,与经典板带轧制理论中轧制压力具有单一峰值-摩擦峰不同,随着延伸率的改变,轧制压力分布呈现单峰、双峰等多峰分布。分析了张力、摩擦系数的变化对轧制压力分布的影响,模拟结果与实验数据基本一致。基于MSC.Marc软件平台,利用VB6.0开发了平整轧制过程专用有限元仿真软件,实现了冷轧平整过程的快速建模和仿真,结果后处理。 A FEM simulation model of temper rolling process was built by using nonlinear elasto-plastic finite element method. With this model, the distribution rules of normal pressure in temper rolling were obtained after several sets of rolling cases simulated. The effect of tension pressure and friction value on normal pressure was also analyzed. A scientific theoretical ground work was done for the creation of high precision rolling force model in temper rolling. Based on the platform of MARC, a specific FEM software for temper rolling process was developed. Modeling, solving and result postprocessing could be realized rapidly and conveniently with this specific software.
