摘要
政党政治运行的载体是政党组织。自政党问世以来,其组织形态就一直处于发展变化之中,这种发展变化是不以人的意志为转移的。"卡特尔"型政党组织形态的出现,不仅反映了西方国家政党政治的发展变化,而且也反映了西方社会的发展变化。社会的发展变化必然推动政党变革。面对正处在大变革大调整之中的当今世界,政党变革已成为政党政治发展的大趋势。
Political parties is the carrier of party politics. Since the patterns of political parties of have been changing since the advent, which is independent of human will. The emergence of political parties of the ＂Cartel＂ pattern reflects not only the changes in western party politics, but also the changes in western society. Social change is bound to promote reform of political parties. In the present changing world, the reform of political parties has become a major trend of the development of party politics.
