摘要
土壤微生物数量能及时准确的反映土壤肥力和土壤质量的演变趋势.通过野外调查和室内分析,研究了水旱轮作条件下免耕土壤微生物数量的变化特点及影响因素.结果表明:水作和旱作时免耕土壤有机质含量较常规耕作显著增加,而土壤pH值降低,容重增加.水作和旱作时免耕土壤细菌数量均低于常规耕作;旱作时,免耕土壤真菌和放线菌数量高于常规耕作,而水作时,免耕土壤真菌和放线菌数量低于常规耕作.旱作时,土壤有机质与真菌和放线菌数量呈显著正相关,土壤pH与细菌和真菌数量分别存在显著正相关和极显著负相关;而水作时,土壤pH和有机质与真菌数量存在显著正相关和极显著负相关,土壤pH和容重与放线菌数量有极显著正相关和显著负相关.
The amount of soil microorganism can reflect the evolvement current of the soil fertility and quality quickly and correctly. The research studied the changes of the amount of soil microorganism under no-tillage in "paddy-upland" Rotation through the investigation and laboratory analysis. The results indicated that: the soil organic matter and bulk density of no-tillage were higher than that of conventional tillage soil, but pH of no-tillage was lower than that of conventional tillage. The amount of bacteria of no-tillage was lower than that of conventional tillage under "paddy-upland" rotation. In upland condition, the amount of epiphyte and actinomycete of no-tillage was higher than that of conventional tillage. But in paddy condition, the amount of epiphyte and actinomycete of no-tillage was lower than that of conventional tillage. In upland condition, there were remarkable relationships between the soil organic matter, epiphyte and actinomycete, soil pH had a remarkable relationship and negative remarkable relationship with the amounts of bacteria and epiphyte. In paddy condition, the amount of epiphyte had remarkable relationships and negative highly remarkable relationship with the soil organic matter and pH; the amount of actinomycete had highly remarkable relationships and negative remarkable relationship with the soil pH and bulk density.
