摘要
本实验观察了^(60)Co照射后组织5—羟色胺含量、外周血白细胞的变化以及抗微一号对照射后组织5—羟色胺和外周血白细胞的影响。结果表明,^(60)Co 照射后小鼠全血、脾脏和大脑5—羟色胺含量以及外周血白细胞均明显降低,而小肠5—羟色胺含量则增加;抗微一号通过对造血干细胞增殖池的作用而加速照射后外周血白细胞的恢复,并明显提高照射后各测定组织5—羟色胺含量,从而明显提高机体固有的天然抗辐射能力,发挥其有效的辐射防护作用。
The kinetic changes of 5-HT content in the tissues and WBC countof the ■Co-irradiated mice were observed.The results of our studyindicated that 5-HT contents decreased significantly in some of thetissues (blood,spleen and cerebrum) but increased in the intestineafter the irradiation,and that the WBC count decreased in a greatquantity after the irradiation.The recovery of the WBC count wasacceleratec by KW-1 which could stimulate proliferation of the hema-topoietic stem cells.Administration of KW-1 increased the 5-HT con-tents significantly in the blood,intestine,spleen and cerebrum afterthe irradiation,thus improving the bodily innate natural resistanceagainst irradiation damage.
