摘要
本文观察了刺五加对模拟失重大鼠承重骨骨质丧失的改善作用。测定结果表明刺五加能显著提高胫骨生长率、提高股骨的硬度、挠度和抗外力的强度、增加股骨中钙、磷和蛋白质的百分含量;同时降低脂肪含量,并促进大鼠恢复期股骨钙的沉积。上述结果说明刺五加确有强筋壮骨的作用,可以缓解和改善模拟失重因素对大鼠承重骨所产生的不良影响。
Improvement of Acanthopanax senticosus on the weight-bearingbones of suspended rats was investigated.It was found from theresults that Acanthopanax senticosus was capable of significantlyincreaseing in growth rate oftibia,strength and deflection of fem-ura,percent content of protein,calcium and phosphorus,decrea-se infat content,and great improvement on calcification of femuraduring recovery period.These results indicate that Acanthopa-naxsenticosus can improve the bone metabolism of rats so as to haveprotection of the weight bearing bones of the animals agai nstthe effects on them from the simulated weightlessness.
