摘要
采用等级一致性检验和描述性方法对7324名进修学员基本信息进行多项目统计分析。结果表明：各地医院普遍重视医师系列人才培养；中级职称人员“充电”需求最强烈；30～40岁为进修学习最佳年龄段；选择进修求学医院有明显地域性；西部省份医学进修需求尚存很大空间等。
7324 students attending in a advanced studies were analyzed with rank coherence test and description methods. The following results have been found ： the hospitals began pay attentions to the cultivation of the doctors ; in the students the study demands were stronger in those of intermediate title ; the best study age was 30 to 40 ; the students showed obvious character of zone ; there was still great demands form the west provinces.
