摘要
本文运用了数学分析和数理统计的方法,从理论和生产实践两个方面,研究了细纱机摇架弹簧的材料直径,自由高度及螺旋直径公差与弹簧指定负荷公差之间的相互关系,得出了弹簧负荷公差随其材料直径公差的增大而增大;在弹簧的圈数和其材料直径公差一定的条件下,弹簧的负荷公差,随自由高度公差增大而增大;随螺旋直径增大而减小等结论.这些结论,对国内纺织弹簧的生产有着重要的指导意义.
This article, using methods of mathematical analysis and statistics, studies from the angle of theory and productional practice, the wire diameters of drafting arm's spring in a ring spinning frame, its free height and the relations between the tolerance of helix diameter and the designated load tolerance of the spring and comes to the following conclusions: the spring load tolerance will increase when the tolerance of wire diameter increases; when the number of spring coils and the tolerance of wire diameter are defined, the load tolerance will increase with the increase of the free height, but decrease with the increase of the helix diameter. These conclusions are of great value to China's textile springs production.
