摘要
目的了解中心静脉导管置入胸腔治疗结核性胸膜炎的疗效。方法对48例结核性胸膜炎患者(均为胸腔中到大量积液)随机分为治疗组(26例)和对照组(22例),治疗组用中心静脉导管置入胸腔内引流,至无液流出。对照组为传统胸腔穿刺术按传统胸腔穿刺术抽液,3d1次首次不超过600mL以后不超过1000mL。结论采用中心静脉导管胸腔穿刺引流术治疗结核性胸膜炎中大量胸腔积液比传统胸腔穿刺术安全性高,疗程短,胸膜增厚等并发症明显减少。
Objective To study the effect of using central venous catheter to thoracentesis for treat tuberculous pleurisy. Method 48 patients were devided into two group randomly as treat group using central venous catheter to thoracentesis for treat tuberculous pleurisy and control group using traditional pleuracentesis. Conclusion Use central venous catheter to thoracentesis for treat tuberculous pleurisy is better than using traditional pleuracentesis because of high safty and short course of treatment.
