摘要
在反思流行的人口红利理论的基础上重新界定了人口红利的概念,即人口红利实质是指人力资本的积累和人力资源的开发,据此提出了三个判断:"人口机会窗口"不等于"人口红利";中国有窗口之美而无机会之实;以人的全面发展为中心收获人口大红利。继而尝试构建了广义人口红利理论,就是以人的全面发展为中心收获人口的转变红利、投资红利、转移红利和转型红利。
Based on the reconsideration on the contemporary population bonus theory, the author uses the new concept of accumulation of human capital and development of human resources. Three judgments are given as follows： Population Opportunity Window does not mean population bonus. There is the beauty of Population Opportunity Window, not the fact of Population Opportunity in China. Larger population bonus should be based on the whole development of the human being. Finally, the author tries to construct a broad population bonus theory consisting of demographic transition bonus, human capital investment bonus, labor force transfer bonus and the old population socialization bonus.
