摘要
用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)的分析方法,对非离子水溶性膦铑配合物RhCl3/TPPP的组成、结构进行表征。并且用曲线拟合分峰技术对配体TPPP、配合物RhCl3/TPPP催化剂中各元素的峰进行数据处理。结果表明配体TPPP与配合物RhCl3/TPPP比较,配合物中存在Rh-CO配位和Rh-P配位,通过XPS分析测试结果推断,原位合成的RhCl3/TPPP配合物催化剂其结构表示为ClRh(CO)n(TPPP)m。
The composition of nonionic water-soluble phosphine rhodium complexes RhCl 3/TPPP has been characterized,by using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.Every elemental peak in the ligand TPPP and the complexes RhCl 3/TPPP catalyst have been measured mathematically by means of the curve fitting technique.It was found that the ligand Rh-CO and Rh-P present in the complexes as compared with the ligand TPPP.The synthesized RhCl 3/TPPP complex formula ClRh(CO) n(TPPP) m was also deduced.
