摘要
在工业单管上对改进的F-T合成一段催化剂(Fe/Cu/K型)进行预处理,考察了反应温度、原料气V(H2)/V(CO)的影响,试验数据表明,催化剂的性能发挥与工艺条件密切相关,所开发的一段催化剂具有良好的水汽变换性能。另外,由改进的F-T合成产物分布规律还说明两段分子筛催化剂改性的重要性。
Two stage F T synthesis of gasoline from coal based syngas is conducted in an industrial single tube. Pretreatment of the first stage catalyst (Fe/Cu/K type) for the modified F T (MFT) synthesis has been examined.The results show that catalyst behavior closely depends on operational conditions, and the developed first stage catalyst is of good performance for water gas shift conversion.In addition, modification of zeolite catalyst for the second stage is very critical to the MFT product distribution.
