含锆低压合成甲醇催化剂制备方法的研究

摘要 研究了在4MPa压力下,用混沉法、分步沉淀法及共沉淀法制得的CuO-ZnO-ZrO2催化剂对CO/H2合成甲醇的催化活性。用BET、XRD、SEM等测试方法对催化剂的比表面、晶相组成、锆的分布及ZrO2的存在形式及作用进行了探讨。结果表明,共沉淀法制得的样品具有最高的活性、最大的比表面、最差的晶形及最均匀的锆分布;在载体法样品中,锆组份以ZrO2(单斜)晶体形式存在,在分步沉淀样品中,锆组份主要以非晶态形式存在,而在共沉淀样品中,一部分锆组份存在于固体中;前一种形式的锆提高催化剂的热稳定性,后一种形式的锆提高催化剂的催化活性。 Catalytic activities of CuO ZnO ZrO 2 catalysts, prepared by various precipitating methods such as mixed precipitating, two step precipitating and coprecipitating, for synthesis of methanol from CO and H 2 at 4.0 MPa were studied. BET, XRD and SEM technics were used to examine surface properties,crystal phase morphology and Zr distributions of the catalysts.Results show that catalyst obtained via coprecipitation has the highest activity,biggest surface area, worst crystallinity, and best Zr distribution.In the mixed precipitated catalyst sample,Zr component exists as ZrO 2 monoclinic crystal, while it exists as an amorphous state in the two step precipitated sample. In the coprecipitated sample, part of the Zr component exists in an amorphous state and the other in solid solution;the former enhances thermostability of the catalysts and the latter improves activity of the catalysts remarkably.
