摘要
本文采用评价科学素养的米勒体系,以四川分区域人口科学素养的调查分析为例,进行区域人口科学素养研究。调查区域涉及平原、丘陵和山区;调查分析内容主要涵盖三个方面:①四川分区域人口科学素养状况;②四川分区域人口获取科技信息的渠道和对科技信息感兴趣的程度;③四川分区域人口对科学技术事业的态度。在此基础上,提出了区域人口科学素养的发展战略目标、推进模式和推进措施。
The Paper makes a research in Science Literacy of regional population based on the Science Literacy of regional population survey of Sichuan using the method of the Miller System. The survey was carried out in plain, hill and mountainous areas, comprising three aspects: (1) the status of Science Literacy of regional population in subregions of Sichuan; (2) the channels through which local people could get scientific and technical information and how they are interested in the information;(3) the attitudes that local people in subregions hold toward science and technology. Strategic objects of development, progress modes and measures of Science Literacy of regional population are put forward based on these investigations.
