摘要
盆栽条件下,4种丛枝菌菌根真菌对1年生高山红景天实生苗生长影响的研究结果表明,接种4种不同丛枝菌菌根真菌的1年生高山红景天实生苗的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、株高、分株数、根长、根茎重及成活率等生长指标明显高于对照,其中Glomus mosscac和Glomus intraradices对1年生高山红景天苗木生长的促进作用最大。
Using potted plant, the effect of 4 kinds of AM to the growth of annual Rhodiola sachalinensis was studied . The result showed that 4 different AM can clearly increase Pn, Tr, the height of the plant, the number of bud, the length of the root the weight of plant survial rate and etc. These index of growth are all higher than CK. Among 4 kinds of AM, Glomus mosscac and Glomus intraradices can promote the growth of annual Rhodiola sachalinensis.
