颜料分散液的流变特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文对瓷土和碳酸钙为颜料的分散液进行了低剪切速率(103S-1以下)的研究,实验表明,在固含量为60%时,剪切速率在10S-1以下,分散液表现为剪切稀化特性,可用幂律方程表达:剪切速率在10S-1-102S-1,体系也为剪切稀化流体,可用Sisko方程表示:剪切速率高于102S-1时,分散液呈现胀塑性,可用幂律方程表达。
