摘要
目的:了解江干区食品中食源性致病菌污染状况,为食源性疾病的预防提供科学依据。方法:参考国标方法,采用进口显色培养基,对4类食品进行沙门菌、单增李斯特菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、副溶血性弧菌、EHEC O157:H7和空肠弯曲菌的分离、生化及血清型鉴定。结果:109份样品共检出各类致病菌32株,总检出率为29.4%。其中副溶血性弧菌检出7株,检出率为38.9%;金黄色葡萄球菌检出8株,检出率为15.1%;单增李斯特菌检出15株,检出率为13.8%;沙门菌检出2株,检出率为1.8%;未检出EHEC O157:H7和空肠弯曲菌。结论:江干区食品中存在食源性致病菌的污染,其中生肉类、生食果蔬类和水产品受到的污染严重,副溶血性弧菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和单增李斯特菌是污染食品的主要致病菌。
Objective :To understand the contamination status of foodborne pathogens in food and to provide scientific basis for the prevention of food - borne disease. Methods: With the consideration of the national method and the imported chromogenic culture medium, we made a separation, biochemical identification and serological identification of Salmonella, Listeria monocytogenes, Staphylococcus aureus, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, EHEC O157:H7 and Campylobacter jejuni in 4 kinds of foods. Results: Thirty - two(29. 4% ) pathogenic bacteria were isolated from the 109 samples. Among them,7 (38.9%) were of the Vibrio parahaemolyticus, 8 ( 15.1% ) of the Staphylococcus aureus, 15 ( 13. 8% ) of the Listeria monocytogenes and 2 ( 1.8% ) of the Salmonella. There were no EHEC O157 :H7 and Campylobacter jejuni. Conclusion: Foods in Jianggan District of Hangzhou City are contaminated by foodborne pathogens. In which, raw meat, raw fruits and vegetables, aquatic products are contaminated seriously. Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Staphylococcus aureus and Listeria monocytogenes are the main pathogens.
