摘要
目的:研究奶粉中钠和钾含量的测定方法。方法:采用灰化法对奶粉样品进行处理,再用火焰原子发射光谱法分别测定其中的钠和钾含量。结果:采用标准曲线法进行计算,方法的回收率在95%-108%之间,RSD(n=9)均小于3%,钠和钾的最低检出浓度分别为0.07和0.39 mg/L。结论:方法快速简便,结果准确可靠,测定结果与国标方法(火焰原子吸收光谱法)无显著性差异。
Objective:To develop a method to determinate the sodium and potassium content in the milk powder. Methods: After the milk powder sample was treated with heat to ashes ( dry method) , a flame atomic emission spectrum method was used to determine the sodium and potassium content in the sample. Results: In the given conditions, both of the relative standard deviations of results were under 3% and the recoveries were in the range of 95% - 108% and the LOD of sodium and potassium was 0.07 and 0.39 mg/L, respectively. Conclusion: There is no significant difference compared with the standard method.
