摘要
本文报告了中国八株旋毛虫成虫的形态度量学分析比较结果。各株旋毛虫原始虫株分别来自沈阳、黑龙江海伦、云南大理、湖北十堰、河南南阳、长春市、西安市和哈尔滨市五常县。其中除长春、哈尔滨五常株来自犬外,其他均来自猪。结果表明,除沈阳株、黑龙江海伦株以及哈尔滨五常株间差异不显著外,其余各株间差异均显著。说明中国各地的旋毛虫虫株不是同一种群。
Eight Trichinella isolated adult were collected from different hosts and areas in china. They were isolated from pig of Hei Long Jiang Hailun, Shenyang, Henan Nanyang, Hubde, Shiyan, XiAn, Yunnan Dali and dog of Harbin Wuchang, Changchun, respectively. The result demonstrated the difference between Hei Long Jiang Hailun,Harkin Wuchang, Shenyang isolates were not significant and other isolates were significant difference (P<0. 01). The result suggested these Trichinella isolates belong to variant population.
