摘要
目的探讨神经内科患者意外跌倒的相关因素,并提出安全防护措施,降低由于跌倒引起的不良后果。方法回顾性分析2004年1月～2005年12月9例住院患者发生意外跌倒的原因。结果9例患者发生意外跌倒的主要因素有:疾病因素占44.44%,环境因素占22.22%,防范意识差占33.33%。结论减少环境中不安全因素,利用科学评估工具,加强安全教育等综合干预措施对预防神经内科患者意外跌倒的发生具有积极的作用。
Objective To explore relative reasons and preventive intervention on neurological inpatients′ accidental falls to lighten the negative consequence. Method Reasons of accidental falls in neurological inpatients from Jan. 2004 to Dec. 2005 were retrospectively analyzed. Result The results showed the major reasons of accidental falls included diseases （44.44%）, bad physical environment （22.22） and weak preventive consciousness （33.33%）. Conclusion Integrated preventive intervention including decrease of dangerous factors,application of scientific assessment tools and enhancement of safety education can effectively prevent accidental falls of neurological inpatients.
