摘要
定位是飞机装配中的一个重要环节,运用基于激光跟踪的数字化装配定位系统进行定位能够提高定位精度,减少定位型架,对降低成本、提高装配质量和效率有重要意义;使用激光跟踪测量仪函数库开发数据采集模块控制测量仪采集数据,在实时测量数据与产品工程数据集的基础上计算装配模型的位姿,基于Open CASCADE图形软件平台开发实时仿真可视化模块,该模块实现了对系统工作过程的实时仿真与显示。
Position is an important step of airplane assembling. Position using digital assembling position system based on laser tracker can Improve positioning accuracy and reduce jig. Using this system has essential meaning in reducing costs and improving quality and efficiency. The meaning of real--time simulation for the working process of the system is introduced. The data acquisition module is developed based on functions of laser tracker for control the laser trackers to acquire data. The position of assembling model is computed using real--time data and the product data sets, The real--time simulation and visualization module is developed based on Open CASCADE application framework. This module can simulates the working process of the system in real--time and makes the process visualization.
