摘要
论述了小浪底水库初期运用阶段,水库淤积与调水调沙的若干问题。首先指出了水库拦粗排细的原则是有根据的,并以定量的关系予以表达。但是拦粗排细是有条件的,而且受到一些因素的制约。其次,从理论上和实际资料上证实了水库淤积百分数与下游河道排沙比有密切的关系,对于一个具体水库,这个关系几乎是单值的。它可以将水库排沙比与下游河道冲刷及减淤直接联系起来,并且有相当可靠性。接着,论证了调水调沙的重大效果,它对改善下游河道势在必行的意义。与此相关,专门论述了黄河下游造床流量的表达式,及第二造床流量与平滩流量的关系。同时指出,近期继续增加造床流量的可能性及条件。最后,讨论了小浪底水库初期运行的实际调度与规划的差别,以及调整的必要性。
The study on some topics concerning reservoir sedimentation and flow-sediment regulation in the preliminary operation of Xiaolangdi Reservoir is presented in this paper. The quantitative expressions of trapping coarse particles and sluicing fine particles and their control conditions have been derived. The percentage of reservoir deposition and ratio of sediment sluiced from the lower reach are closely related and their relation has been demonstrated by both theory and field data. For a certain reservoir the relation is single-valued and it is reliable to connect the reservoir sedimentation and downstream erosion. The important effect of the flow-sediment regulation of Xiaolangdi Reservoir to the improvement of channel in the lower Yellow River has been analyzed. The expression of second channel-forming discharge and the relation between second channel-forming discharge and the ban-full discharge in the lower Yellow River have been discussed and then the possibility for increasing the channel-forming discharge at present and in the future is demonstrated. Finally it has been shown that it is necessary to change the practical operation mode from reservoir planning.
