摘要
本文介绍了该厂1985年引进的西德KOCH公司由电子计算机控制的高速直线式拉丝机的特点;并举例说明卷筒防护罩没关上,空气压力过低,电气故障等均会自动显示信号,而且说明由谁解决问题。由计算机控制的光电张力辊,调节钢丝拉伸变化而引起的两卷筒速比的不均匀,则是该机最独特之处。
This article introduces the characteristics of computer-controlled hi-speed linear wire drawing machine which was imported from KOCH A G, W. Germany in 1985. It is stated by examples that when electrical faults or any other defects o(?)u r (e.g.protection cover of winding reel not closed or air pressure too low), corresponding signals will be displayed and the indicates the right man to settle the matter. The unigue feature of the machine is that the computer controlled photo-electric tension roller adjusts the unevenness of the speed ratio betwee the two winding reels which is usually caused by the change in wire drawing.
