摘要
本文系统介绍了压缩木梭坯的生产工艺。从原木锯坯,选坯……直至压缩、烘干、入库。着重介绍了单压模与多层多压模入炉烘干工艺和多层多压模压缩车上烘干工艺。最后,提出当前需要解决的技术关键,如:压缩的最佳条件,产品的尺寸稳定性,新材种的选用,适当提高压缩木容积重,把成品梭含水率由6%~13%降至4%~12%等。
This article systematically portrays the manufacturing technology of compressed shuttle blocks from log sawing, block selecting, block compressing and drying to the final step stocking, stressing especially the drying technology for single die compression and multi-die in multi-layer compression as well as the drying technology for multi-die in multi-layer compression on the compress'ing carriage. At the end of the article, the author lists the technological key problems to be settled at present, such as the optimal conditions for compression, stablization of block sizes, selection of new materials, proper increasing of the volume weight, reduction of the water content of finished shuttles from 6%-13% to 4%-12% etc.
