摘要
西方文化自身存在的困惑表明,单靠西方文化已不能化解现代奥林匹克运动的人文困境。现代奥林匹克运动应追求全球性多元文化的平等交流与有机融合。作为治理国家及社会管理之道的儒家管理思想可融入现代奥林匹克运动的发展。儒家"以人为本"、"德治"、"贵和尚中"的管理思想及其"义利现"对遏制奥林匹克运动或奥运会的进一步异化有积极作用。儒家管理思想与奥林匹克文化的交融有助于现代奥林匹克运动走出人文困境。
The puzzlement of the western culture itself indicated that the humanistic dilemmas of the modern Olympics movement couldn＇t be solved only depending on the western culture, The equal exchange and the organic fusion of the global multicultural should be pursued by the modern Olympics Movement. As the management perspectives of the government and the way of the social management, it could be integrated into the development of the Modern Olympics Movement, Human-based, rule of morality, valuing harmony and mean, the view of righteousness and interest are the four Confucian management thoughts, It has the positive effects on the containment of the further dissimilation of the Olympics Movement or the Olympic Games. The Modern Olympics Movement can go out of dilemmas with the help of the fusion of Confucian management thoughts and the Olympic culture.
