摘要
急遽的社会转型蕴生了"企业白领"这样一种特殊的新阶层,为有序推动新阶层的政治参与及和谐社会的筑构,其中重要一环是探明其政治参与现状,尤其是满意度景况。本文采取质性研究方法,利用深入访谈获取第一手资料,从分析其政治参与满意度影响变量开始,逐步深究隐匿其后的成因,并提出若干相应对策。
Enterprise ＂whit spur new circle to participate in about their present situation of po tative method and makes use of e collar＂ as a special circle occurs during the rapid society transformation. In order to politics and construct harmonious society, one of the most important steps is to learn litics participating, especially the degree of their satisfaction. The paper adopts the qualithe first-hand information to explore the reasons behind it and also put forward some counter measures based on analyzing the variable of degree of the satisfaction.
