摘要
关于合资企业的区位选择已经有许多的理论研究,但在我国进行实证研究时往往会受到研究方法和数据的限制。本文通过最新整理出的合资企业数据库,对合资企业在我国发展的三个阶段进行了划分,对其区域分布进行了描述,并从行业分布、投资规模、股份结构等三方面对不同区域的合资企业特征进行了比较。
There are many theoretical studies about regional selection of joint ventures, and empirical study in China is limited by research method or data. Based on one recent collected database, the development of joint ventures in China is classified into three stages, and the regional distribution is described. Then, different features of joint ventures from different regions are compared, from the perspectives of industrial distribution, investment amount, and equity structure.
