摘要
采用炭浆法提金工艺原选矿浸吸率的计算,不能反应生产现场提金过程的浸出和吸附的实际情况,为揭示洋鸡山金矿氧化矿选矿工艺流程中金属平衡误差产生的原因,我们对该工艺的理论回收率计算进行现场考查及研究,提出了新的炭浆法提金工艺理论的检测方法和理论回收率计算法,使洋鸡金山金矿选矿月金属平衡误差由原来的14%缩小到83%,基本达到了国家黄金管理局的有关管理要求。
The original calculation method of gold leaching rate and adsorption ratio are unable to represent the actual state of affairs in the course of insitu gold extraction.For reveal the cause of resulting in deviation of metallurgical balance in the course of processing oxidized ores of YangJiShan Gold Mine,the insitu investigation and study on the calculation of theoretical gold recovery rate are made and new methods to detect and calculate the theoretical gold recovery rate in CIP process are proposed,making the deviation of metallurgical balance reduce from 14%mo to 8.3%mo which basically meet the management requirement of the State Gold Administration.
