摘要
从沥青混合料物料在输送过程中的力学特性和翻滚机理出发,对传统螺旋分料器半埋高速施工产生离析的原因进行了分析。提出了变径螺旋分料器满埋低速施工的新工艺,并从路面密实度、温度离析等方面对其实际应用进行了检测,证明使用这种新型的螺旋分料器进行满埋低速施工的新工艺是可行的。
The isolating reasons of partly buried and the high speed construction to the traditional screw minute material were analysed, and the aspect of mechanics characteristics and the tumbling mechanism in the transportation process were analysed. The new technologies for complete burying and the low-speed construction of varied-diameter screw minute material were proposed herein. The practical application of new technologies, from the aspects of road surface compactness and the temperature isolation were measured. The feasibility of the new technologies was proved by using this kind of new screw-minute material to carry out the complete burying and the low-speed construction.
