福鼎黑玄武岩开采技术及其改进途径探讨

摘要 为寻找合理的开采方法,解决现行开采方法的缺陷——荒料率偏低及施工安全隐患,提高现有资源的利用率,本文结合矿山实际,利用现代爆破理论,对矿山现有的开采方法——深孔药壶松动爆破法进行了评价。通过对现有开采方法与金刚石串珠锯开采方法的三个方面的指标——荒料率、产量、成材率的综合比较,探讨该矿山现行开采方法的改革途径。结果可供类似矿山参考。 In order to find rational mining method to resolve the deficiencies of existing mining method, that is low waste rate and potential safety problems of construction, and to improve the utilization of existing resources, modem blasting theory is used to evaluate the existing mining method of deep-hole springing loose blasting combining the actual situation of mine in this paper. After comparing the existing mining methods with diamond wire saw mining method about three indicators, including waste rate, output and yield ,then how to improve the existing mining methods is discussed. The results can be used as references for similar mines.
