摘要
采用RFLP-PCR和PCR方法对梅山和大约克猪核心群ESR和FSH-β基因多态性进行检测。结果表明,梅山群体中ESR基因A和B等位基因的频率分别为0.353和0.647,FSH-β基因A和B等位基因的频率分别为0.836和0.164;大约克群体中ESR基因A和B等位基因的频率分别为0.409和0.591,FSH-β基因A和B等位基因的频率分别为0.069和0.931。
PCR-RFLP and PCR methods were adopted to examine the polymorphisms of ESR gene and FSH-β gene in Mei-shan and Yorkshire Sows nucleus herds,The results showed that in Meishan nucleus herd the frequencies of A and B alleles of ESR gene were 0. 353 and 0. 647, the frequencies of A and B alleles of FSH-β gene were 0. 836 and 0. 164; In Yorkshire nucleus herd the frequencies of A and B alleles of ESR gene were 0. 409 and 0. 591, the frequencies of A and B alleles of FSH-β gene were 0. 069 and 0. 931.
