摘要
选取4头带有永久性瘤胃瘘管的肉牛,采用3×3拉丁方试验设计,研究了给精粗比例为60∶40的日粮添加维吉尼亚霉素和碳酸氢钠对瘤胃发酵及粪便pH的影响。试验处理分别为:维吉尼亚霉素组(30 mg/kg精料)、碳酸氢钠组(20 g/kg精料)和对照组。结果显示,维吉尼亚霉素组、碳酸氢钠组和对照组的瘤胃液pH分别为6.44、6.46和6.38(0.05<P<0.10);维吉尼亚霉素组的氨氮浓度显著高于碳酸氢钠组和对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,日粮添加维吉尼亚霉素有提高瘤胃液中总挥发酸和乙酸浓度的趋势,并导致丁酸浓度和乙酸丙酸比例显著提高(P<0.05),碳酸氢钠对挥发酸没有显著影响;与对照组相比,日粮添加维吉尼亚霉素和碳酸氢钠均显著提高了粪便pH,但维吉尼亚霉素的作用效果更显著(P<0.01);与对照组相比,日粮添加维吉尼亚霉素和碳酸氢钠有提高血清葡萄糖浓度的趋势。
Four ruminal cannulated beef steers were used to investigate the effect of dietary supplementation with or with-out virginiamycin and NaHCO3 on ruminal fermenatation and feces pH in steers fed high concentrate diet . 3 × 3 Latin square design was used in this experiment. The result showed that ruminal pH was 6.44, 6.46 and 6.38(0.05〈P〈0.10) in virginia-mycin, NaHCO3 and control,respectively. The concentration of ruminal flulid NH3-N in steers fed virginiamycin were higher (P〈0.05) than that in control and NaHCO3 group. The concentration of TVFA tended to be higher in the steers fed virginia-mycin. The pH of feces in NaHCO3 treatment and virginiamycin treatment were higher(P〈0.01) than that in the control group. The glucose concentration of serum tended to be higher in NaHCO3 treatment and virginiamycin treatment .
